Refund policy

At RetroForce Toy Store, we are dedicated to providing you with a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our comprehensive return and refund policy below:

30-Day Return Policy:

You have a 30-day window, starting from the date of item receipt, to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Partial Payment for Preorder Items:

For preorder items valued at over $100 USD, customers could make a 10% partial payment when placing the order. Please note that this partial payment is non-refundable in the event of order cancellation by the customer.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, kindly contact us at Customerservice@retroversetoys.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items returned without prior communication and approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, we recommend inspecting the items promptly. If you encounter a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly assess the issue and take necessary measures to resolve it.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable due to specific reasons, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Should you have queries about an item's eligibility for return, please reach out to us for clarification.

Please note that we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

For exchanges involving a different size, color, or variation, we suggest initiating a return for the original item and making a separate purchase for the new one. This ensures a swift and accurate exchange process.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund by your bank or credit card company may require some time.

Canceled pre-orders are treated the same as a refund and are subject to a 10% cancelation fee unless you opt to have your pre-order refunded as store credit, in which case the cancelation fee is waived.
